The Mexican M&A market registered 302 transactions in 2017, of which 144 have a combined non-confidential deal value of USD 18.33bn. These figures represent a decrease of 0.33% in the number of transactions and of  40.14% in their value, compared with 2016. In sector terms, Real Estate recorded the most transactions this year, with 57, followed by Financial and Insurance, with  42.
