There were 302 deals in Mexico in 2020, worth a combined USD 13.39bn, according to Transactional Track Record's 4Q20 Quarterly Report . The report provides quarterly analysis of the Mexican M&A market, and complete coverage of the sectors undergoing most consolidation, as well as the most prominent cross-border deals. Inbound deal making in the country was led by US-based companies, the report indicates, while the technology sector led venture capital investments in the country.
