There were 27 deals in Mexico year-to-date, worth a combined USD 560m, according to the February 2025 report published by TTR Data.

The report provides monthly analysis of the Mexican M&A market and complete coverage of the sectors undergoing most consolidation, as well as the most prominent cross-border deals. Inbound deal making in the country was led by US-based companies, the report indicates.    The league tables in the report's final pages contain a ranking of the leading legal and financial advisors based on transactions announced in 2025.
