Aeroméxico and Delta Air Lines accept Cofece's conditions
Aerómexico y Delta Air Lines aceptan condiciones de la Cofece

Airlines Grupo Aeroméxico (BMX:AEROMEX.MX), based in Mexico City, and Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL), based in Georgia, accepted the conditions imposed by Mexican antitrust regulator, Cofece, to its alliance, announced Aeroméxico in a press release issued on 5 May, 2016. Specifically, the Cofece authorized the alliance on 2 May (see related intel), but one of its conditions was the transfer of eight pairs of slots in the Mexico City International Airport. The materialization of the alliance its still subject to the fulfillment of those conditions and to the authorization of the United States Department of Transport.

Las aerolíneas Grupo Aeroméxico (BMX:AEROMEX.MX), con sede en México D.F., y Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL), con sede en Georgia, han aceptado las condiciones impuestas por la autoridad antimonopolios mexicana, Cofece, a su alianza, ha anunciado Aeroméxico en una nota de prensa publicada el 5 de mayo de 2016. En concreto, la Cofece ha autorizado la alianza el 2 de mayo (ver intel relacionado), pero una de sus condiciones ha sido la cesión de ocho pares de slots en el Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México. La materialización de la alianza aún está sujeta al cumplimiento de esas condiciones y a la autorización del Departamento de Transporte de Estados Unidos. |
