Airlines Grupo Aeroméxico (BMX:AEROMEX.MX), based in Mexico City, and Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL), based in Georgia, signed a cross-border partnership between Mexico and the United States, announced Aeroméxico in a filing published by the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) on 21 December 2016. The partnership, announced since November 2016 (see related intel), was accepted by the two companies according to a final resolution issued by the US Department of Transportation (DOT) giving it antitrust immunity and allowing the airlines to establish a joint collaboration agreement.

Las aerolíneas Grupo Aeroméxico (BMX:AEROMEX.MX), con sede en la Ciudad de México, y Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL), con sede en Georgia, han firmado una alianza transfronteriza entre México y los Estados Unidos, según ha informado Aeroméxico en un hecho relevante publicado por la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) el 21 de diciembre de 2016. La alianza, anunciada desde noviembre de 2016 (ver Intels relacionados), ha sido aceptada por las dos compañías de acuerdo a la resolución final emitida por el Departamento de Transporte (DOT) de Estados Unidos, que otorga la inmunidad antimonopolio y permite a las aerolíneas establecer un Acuerdo de Colaboración Conjunta. |
