China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) (HKSE:883) could be one of the candidates to acquire a 36% stake in Brazil-based Braskem (BVMF:BRKM3, BRKM5, BRKM6) held by Petrobras (BVMF:PTR3, PETR4, PBRA; BMAD:XPBR, XPBRA; NYSE:PBR, PBRA), as published by newspaper Valor Econômico on 14 March 2016. CNOOC is not the only candidate. Saudi Arabia-based oil company Saudi Aramco, and Canada-based Brookfield Asset Management, and a UK-based company whose identity was not disclosed, could be the other potential buyers. A China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) (HKSE:883) seria uma das interessadas em adquirir os 36% da petroquímica brasileira Braskem (BVMF:BRKM3, BRKM5, BRKM6) que estariam sendo vendidos pela Petrobras (BVMF:PTR3, PETR4, PBRA; BMAD:XPBR, XPBRA; NYSE:PBR, PBRA), segundo publicou o Valor Econômico em 14 de março de 2016. A empresa chinesa não é única interessada pela empresa brasileira. A petrolífera Saudi Aramco, da Arábia Saudita, a canadense Brookfield Asset Management e uma empresa britânica, cujo nome não foi revelado, seriam outros potenciais compradores.
