A Estácio Participações (BVMF:ESTC11), que se dedica ao segmento de educação e com sede no Rio de Janeiro, não descarta novas aquisições, segundo publicou a Isto é Dinheiro em 17 de junho de 2016, citnado o CEO da empresa, Chaim Zaher. De acordo com a notícia, a empresa vai avaliar a proposta de fusão do Grupo Ser Educacional (BVMF:SEER3) e a proposta de aquisição da Kroton Educacional (BVMF:KROT11) (ver Intels relacionados), mas não descarta seguir sozinha e realizar novas aquisições.
