Optimum RE Spain, a REIT held by BMB Investment Management, could go public in June 2016, as published by newspaper Expansión on 4 March 2016.

BMB Investment Management, a real estate management fund held by Josep Borrell, raised a fund with EUR 50m to acquire buildings in Madrid and Barceloan, for Optimum Re Spain.

The fund will also receive an addional EUR 50m from bank loans to carry out acquisitions totaling between EUR 80m and EUR 90m.

Optimum RE Spain, SOCIMI de BMB Investment Management, podría estar preparando su salida a Bolsa para el mes de junio, según ha publicado el diario Expansión el 4 de marzo de 2016.

BMB Investment Management, gestora de fondos inmobiliarios de Josep Borrell, ha levantado un fondo dotado con EUR 50m para comprar edificios en Madrid y Barcelona, para Optimum Re Spain.

A este capital se le sumarán otros EUR 50m de financiación bancaria para realizar adquisiciones por un total de entre EUR 80m y EUR 90m.
