Felipe Hansen, son of Rosane Maria Fausto Hansen and grandson of Tigre's founder, has been appointed Chairman of the Board. He will also remain president of Instituto Carlos Roberto Hansen, director of Blue Ocean Administração de Bens e Participações and director of CRH Indústria e Empreendimentos, which holds Tigre, a Brazilian manufacturer of pipes and fittings. This change is part of the company's new management plan, which had been prepared for years. Rosane occupied this post for 21 years. A mudança faz parte do plano da nova gestão da empresa, que vinha sendo preparado há anos. O cargo foi ocupado por 21 anos por Rosane.
