Colombian fund Tribeca began the sale process of Colombia-based Onda de Mar and its 50% stake in Argentina-based Etiqueta Negra. The fund is currently analyzing several potential buyers. The group expects to start negotiations on the second semester of 2016. Tribeca manages investments worth USD 400m, and owns stakes in thirteen Latin American companies in different sectors.

El fondo colombiano Tribeca ha iniciado el proceso de venta de la colombiana Onda de Mar y de su participación en la argentina Etiqueta Negra, que es del 50%. La compañía de private equity se encuentra analizando varios compradores potenciales para desprenderse de estos activos. El grupo prevé iniciar negociaciones en el segundo semestre de este año o principios de 2016. Tribeca gestiona inversiones por valor de USD 400m, y además, la compañía participa en trece compañías latinoamericanas de diferentes sectores. |
