Spain-based MB Investment Management, which until now focused on operations in Germany, has created Optimum RE Spain as a REIT to invest in Spain, mainly in Madrid and Barcelona, which should not exceed EUR 3,500 per square meter. La empresa española BMB Investment Management, que hasta la fecha centraba sus operaciones en Alemania, ha constituido la sociedad Optimum RE Spain como SOCIMI para invertir en España, especialmente edificios de Madrid y Barcelona que no excedan los EUR 3.500 por metro cuadrado. La SOCIMI, que tiene como plazo para empezar a cotizar hasta septiembre de 2016, nace con un capital de EUR 15m y espera alcanzar los EUR 30m próximamente.
