Spain-based Ferroglobe (merger between Spain-based Ferroatlántica and US-based Globe Specialty Metals) appointed Pedro Larrea as its new CEO, former president and CEO of Ferroatlántica, as reported by Europa Press on 13 July 2015. On the other hand, current CFO of Globe Specialty Metals, Joseph Ragan, will be CFO of Ferroglobe, and its founder and president Alan Kestenbaum will be CEO of Globe Specialty Metals, until the merger is complete, after which Kestenbaum will be its executive president.

La compañía española Ferroglobe, resultante de la fusión de la española Ferroatlántica y la estadounidense Globe Specialty Metals, ha nombrado consejero delegado a Pedro Larrea, hasta ahora presidente y consejero delegado de Ferroatlántica, según ha publicado Europa Press el 13 de julio de 2015. A su vez, el actual director financiero de Globe Specialty Metals, Joseph Ragan, ocupará el mismo puesto en Ferroglobe y su fundador y presidente ejecutivo, Alan Kestenbaum, asumirá el cargo de consejero delegado de la compañía estadounidense hasta que se complete la fusión, tras la cual será presidente ejecutivo de la empresa. |
