Empresas Lipigas, a Santiago, Chile-based liquefied gas distributor, announced its subsidiary Norgas has appointed Morris Pessó as CEO and Esteban Rodríguez as board member in a filing published by Chilean regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 10 June, 2015. The appointment follows the resignation as CEO and board member of Luis Silva. Silva will remain CEO of Empresas Lipigas’ subsidiary, Trading de Gas.

Empresas Lipigas, distribuidora de gas licuado con sede en Santiago de Chile, ha anunciado que su filial Norgas ha designado a Morris Pessó como CEO y a Esteban Rodríguez como director en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 10 de junio de 2015. La designación es resultado de la renuncia al cargo de CEO y director de Luis Silva. Silva se mantendrá como el CEO de la filial de Empresas Lipigas, Trading de Gas. |
