The Latin American transactional market closes October 2017 with 141 transactions, of which 68 have a combined non-confidential value of USD 6.25bn, entailing a decrease of 12.96% in the number of transactions, and of 71.84% in their value, compared with October 2016. Meanwhile, throughout the year, 1,672 transactions were registered, of which 719 have a combined value of USD 72.69bn, entailing a 2.51% increase in the number of transactions and a 25.97% decrease in their value, compared with the same period of 2016. Additionally, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Colombia are the only countries that registered an increase in the number of transactions in the region.
