La empresa uruguaya Pagnifique (Itacaré), dedicada a la elaboración de pan congelado, está buscando compradores extranjeros y actualmente se encuentra siendo auditada por un posible comprador del que no se ha hecho público su nombre. En 2010, algunas empresas americanas y españolas como Panasa, se interesaron por adquirir la compañía uruguaya, pero finalmente no se concretaron las negociaciones debido al precio de la empresa. La mexicana Bimbo también se interesó por comprar la empresa, pero la operación no llegó a concretarse por el mismo hecho. |
