On 5 May 2015, ANCAP, a Uruguay-based oil and gas extraction company, announced through an interview given by its president, José Coya, to newspaper El País de Uruguay, stating the company is still wants to invest in Argentina and is looking for a partner. The objective is to raise sufficient funds to increase exploration and exploitation works, that require strong investments and which ANCAP is unable to take on by itself.

ANCAP, compañía uruguaya de extracción de gas y petróleo, ha anunciado a través de una entrevista realizada por El País de Uruguay el 5 de mayo de 2015 al presidente de la compañía, José Coya, que la entidad sigue interesada en realizar inversiones en Argentina, para lo cual está buscando un nuevo socio. El objetivo es lograr la financiación suficiente para poder incrementar los trabajos de exploración y explotación, que requieren fuertes inversiones y que ANCAP no está en condiciones de hacer de forma individual. |
