The transaction would be valued between EUR 600 and EUR 700m, of which EUR 225m would correspond to the new shares issuing. The details of the IPO, which would allow the divestment of the private equity firm MCH Private Equity, were not yet been fully defined. For the transaction, Europastry could have hired J.P. Morgan [NYSE:JPM] and UBS Global [SWX:UBSN] as global coordinators, and BBVA [BME:BBVA], CaixaBank [BME:CABK], Rabobank Spain, and Banco Santander [BME:SAN] as joint bookrunners.
