Mergers and acquisitions market continues to rise despite the pandemic
Companies need to grow and, for that, they have two ways. Organically, through working capital investments, or trhough mergers and acquisitions.
Between January and April 2022, Brazil totaled 761 transactions involving Mergers and acquisitions – along with other modalities such as private investments, venture capital and asset acquisition – of companies, according to data released by the Transactional Track Record (TTR), a financial technology platform. Although the country's economy still faces a period of instability, the M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) is seen with good eyes for the development of corporations.
