The Brazilian transactional market recorded, according to the Transactional Track Record (TTR), 1297 transactions until July 2022.

In July alone, 133 mergers and acquisitions between announced and completed, and a total value of BRL 18.6bn. The transaction volume represents a 4% decrease compared to 2021.

The Internet, Software & IT Services sector was the most active in the period, with a total of 259 transactions, representing a 34% decrease compared to the same period in 2021. In second place is the Business & Professional Support Services sector, with 195 transactions.
